What is the delivery timeline?
We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays. Our shipping timeline is 3-6 business days from order confirmation.
The courier will contact you when the order is ready to be delivered with a confirmation of the COD amount.
Can I return any Item in my order?
Since our products’ nature are very sensitive, All Products cannot be returned once received and opened. Returns are only valid when the reason of return is one of below:
Receiving Wrong Item
Receiving Defective Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in below conditions:
Item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it
Item must be in the original packaging.
Item must be attached with a receipt or proof of purchase.
